Built around the week a school actually has.
One record per child
Student number, grade and section, guardian contact and enrolment status on a single searchable list. Open the profile and the attendance, grades, fees and health notes are all attached to the same child rather than living in four separate books.
The register, in about ten seconds
Pick the section, tap present, absent, late or excused per child — or mark the whole class present and correct the exceptions. The month builds itself underneath, so a pattern of absences is visible long before anyone has to add it up.
Applications that move forward
Every enquiry sits in a stage — new, under review, interview, offered, accepted, enrolled — with the counts across the top. When a family accepts, enrolment creates the student record from the application instead of re-entering it.
Fees, collected and chased
Generate a term's invoices from the fee structure in one action, then watch billed, collected and outstanding move as payments arrive. Anything past its due date is flagged, so the reminder goes to the right family at the right time.
The library, without the card box
Titles, copies, shelf and how many are free right now. Issue a book to a student and it comes off the shelf count; the overdue tile tells the librarian who to chase without a stock-take.

Access is granted per module and per school, and enforced at the route, interface and database layers — not just hidden from the menu.
Every label is yours to change
The software interface is in English today; Azerbaijani, Russian and Turkish are built in and being completed, so some screens still read in English when you switch. Every label, in any language, can be edited from inside the system without waiting for us.
Grows with the group
One account can hold several schools or campuses, each with its own classes, calendar, currency and fee structure.
Open at the edges
API clients and webhooks are built in, so payment providers, messaging, e-learning content and ministry reporting can be wired to it.
