Why one system

One system instead of five half-solutions.

Deal board: open-deal and pipeline totals above Qualification, Needs Analysis and Proposal columns, each deal with its company, value, close date and owner.

The pipeline stops being a spreadsheet

Every deal sits on a board with a stage, an owner, a value and a close date. Nobody has to ask which version of the file is current.

Invoice INV-2026-0002 marked Partial: its line item, 18% tax and AZN totals, and a card payment posted against it leaving the balance due.

Quotes become invoices without retyping

An accepted quote carries its lines, tax and currency straight into an invoice, and payments post against it.

Tasks and activities list: calls, emails, meetings and tasks with due dates and owners, each tied to the deal, lead or contact it belongs to.

Nothing waits on somebody's memory

Tasks and activities hang off the contact, the deal or the ticket — the follow-up is on a list, not in someone's head.

Company profile for Caspian Logistics LLC: its contacts, an open support ticket and an open deal, all on the same company record.

Support and sales see one customer

With Customer Service switched on, a ticket and a deal point at the same company record, so the rep knows what support is dealing with before the call.

Pipeline-by-stage report read live: open deals, pipeline value and weighted forecast, then each stage's probability, deal count and value.

Reporting needs no export

Dashboards and reports read live from the same tables the team works in — there is no nightly copy to wait for.

Edit-user form with checkboxes for which workspaces this person can access and which modules they can use.

Everyone opens only what their job needs

Access is granted per module and per workspace, and changes to key records are logged with who made them and when — ask and we pull the history for you.

Inside the system

Built around the week a sales team actually has.

Every deal on one board

Deals sit in the stage they are actually in, with their value, close date and owner on the card. Move one to the next stage from its menu and the pipeline total and weighted forecast move with it. Win or lose a deal without opening it.

Qualification Needs analysis Proposal Negotiation Weighted forecast

Deal pipeline board with columns for qualification, needs analysis, proposal and negotiation, each card showing value, company and close date.

Leads that do not go cold

Where the lead came from, how warm it is, what it is worth and whose job it is — on one row. Qualify it, or convert it into a contact, a company and a deal in a single click, with nothing retyped.

Source Rating Status Estimated value Convert

Lead list showing source, warm/cold rating, status, estimated value and owner, with a convert action on each row.

People, and the company behind them

Every contact carries their role, their company and the colleague who owns the relationship — so the person covering a holiday can see their related records and notes instead of starting the conversation again.

Companies Roles Owner Related records

Contact list with each person's role, company, email, phone and the sales owner responsible for them.

Quote, invoice, payment — no retyping

An accepted quote becomes an invoice with the same lines and the same tax. Payments post against it, the balance is a fact rather than a guess, and anything past its due date is marked overdue without anyone checking a calendar.

Draft Sent Partial Paid Overdue
crm01.ineed.now/w/baku-hq/invoices
Invoice list with status tiles for draft, sent, partial, paid and overdue above rows showing due date, total and outstanding balance.

Support sits beside the sale

With Customer Service switched on, a customer's problems live in the same system as their deals, so the person on the call can see what was sold and what is still open. Priority, category and assignee are all on the list — nothing waits in a shared inbox.

What this system costs

How it works

Your data, your workspaces, your rules.

Nothing to install

It runs in a browser — an office desktop, a laptop, a phone between meetings. We host, back up and update it; you open a URL and log in.

Permissions that mean something

Access is granted per module and per workspace, and checked on every page and every action — a module someone was not given is refused, not just hidden from the menu.

Your language, your words

The software interface switches into Azerbaijani, Turkish and Russian as well as English — the dictionaries are complete on every screen, though we have not yet had a native speaker read them all. The wording lives in those dictionaries rather than in the code, so when a label does not match the words your team uses, we change it without waiting for a release.

Grows with the company

One account can hold many workspaces — a head office and its branches — each with its own contacts, deals, currency and timezone. Ask us and we add the next one to the same account.

Your data is never locked in

A full export of your data is yours on request, in files your accountant or your next system can read. Live connections to outside systems — payment providers, SMS, accounting software — are not switched on yet; if one matters to you, tell us before you start.

Already running

This is not a prototype or a roadmap. All 21 modules are shipped and the system is live — only the features marked coming soon in the list above are still to come. You can be given a login this week.

See it with your own pipeline. Now.

Tell us how your team sells today and we'll walk you through the system — and answer what it would take to bring your existing contacts across.
