ineed.now designs, builds, hosts and supports the web systems a business runs on. The people who write the code are the people who answer the phone.
The short version: we build web systems, we host them ourselves, and the people who write the code are the people who answer the phone.
What we do
ineed.now designs, builds, hosts and supports the web systems a business runs on. Two kinds of work come out of that:
- Ready-made systems. Four of them — a hotel property management system, a school management platform, an ERP and a CRM. Each one is a complete multi-tenant web application you reach from a browser, with nothing to install.
- Custom builds. When a business has a process no off-the-shelf tool fits, we design and build a system around that process instead of forcing the process into someone else's software.
What is actually shipped
These are not roadmap items. Every module listed on the product pages exists in the running software today — the pages are generated directly from each application's module registry, so the numbers on this site cannot drift from what the software contains.

How the work goes
- We talk. You describe how the business actually works — including the parts that are messy. No obligation, no slide deck.
- We shape it. You get a written plan: what gets built, in what order, and what it will take. If one of our existing systems already covers 80% of it, we say so rather than quoting a custom build.
- We build and set it up. Your workspace, your users, your permissions, your data brought across.
- We run it. Hosting, updates, backups and support come from the same team. There is no handover to a call centre.
How the systems are built
All four products share one core, which is why a fix or an improvement in one tends to reach the others. That core is multi-tenant by design: one account can hold several hotels, schools or companies, and data is separated per tenant at the database layer rather than by a filter someone might forget to apply. Access is enforced in three places — the database query, the route, and the interface — so a user without a module simply does not have it. Every change to a record is written to an activity log.
