ineed.now designs, builds, hosts and supports the web systems a business runs on. The people who write the code are the people who answer the phone.
The short version: eight business systems you rent by the month, built by us and run on our own servers — and the same people who write the code are the ones who answer when you call.
What we do
ineed.now designs, builds, hosts and supports the web systems a business runs on. Two kinds of work come out of that:
- Ready-made systems. Eight of them — a hotel property management system, a school management platform, an ERP, a CRM, a clinic system, a tour operator system, a booking system and professional services automation. Each one is a complete multi-tenant web application you reach from a browser, with nothing to install.
- Custom builds. When a business has a process no off-the-shelf tool fits, we design and build a system around that process instead of forcing the process into someone else's software.
What is actually shipped
These are not roadmap items. Every module listed on the product pages exists in the running software today — the pages are generated directly from each application's module registry, so the numbers on this site cannot drift from what the software contains.

All of it is part of taking you on, and all of it sits inside the monthly price. One price for the system, and that is the whole bill.
What it costs, and what moves it
You pay for the system and the size of the operation it runs — never for a person who logs in.
Charging per user is the wrong shape for every system on this site: a hotel that pays per login gives the night porter someone else's password. So the price is built from three things instead — which system you need, how big the operation is (rooms, students, documents, contacts, practitioners, reservations, bookable staff, people on the plan), and which module groups you actually switch on. Run several properties, schools or clinics on one account and each costs less, automatically. Pay yearly and two months are free.

Prices stay where they are because all eight systems share one core: an improvement paid for once reaches every one of them. And you buy from the people who build and run the software, so your monthly bill carries no reseller margin and no sales floor.
Try it before you decide
Ask and we will give you a demo account. It is a working system loaded with realistic data — a hotel with guests in it, a school with a timetable, an agency with reservations — so you can see the software doing the actual job rather than watching a slide deck about it.
When you are ready to try it properly, the first fourteen days on your own workspace, with your own data, are free. We take no card to start. You will have your price in writing before those days begin, so on day fifteen you either continue at a figure you already agreed, or you walk away. Walk away and your workspace is kept for sixty days, exactly as you left it, then deleted.
After that you are billed month to month: stop at the end of any month, with no notice period and no exit fee, and ask at any time for your data in a format you can use — if you leave, you leave with it. One thing stated plainly rather than buried: if you prepay a year to get the two free months, the remainder of that year is not refunded.
Where your system runs
On a server we run ourselves, not space rented on a hosting plan we cannot see inside. The only other things on it are websites we build and look after for our own clients. Each system's database is backed up every night, old copies are pruned so storage cannot silently fill, and a health check reports if a backup did not appear.
If a system is down, someone on our team is reachable at any hour, on any day. For everything else — a quote, a question, a change you want made — you get an answer within one working day.

How the work goes
- We talk. You describe how the business actually works — including the parts that are messy. No obligation, no slide deck.
- We shape it. You get a written plan: what gets built, in what order, and what it will take. If one of our existing systems already covers 80% of it, we say so rather than quoting a custom build.
- We build and set it up. Your workspace, your users, your permissions, your data brought across.
- We run it. Hosting, updates, backups and support all come from the same team that wrote the software.
How the systems are built
All eight products share one core, which is why a fix or an improvement in one tends to reach the others. That core is multi-tenant by design: one account can hold several hotels, schools or companies, and data is separated per tenant at the database layer rather than by a filter someone might forget to apply. Access is checked on every page and every action, so a user without a module simply does not have it. Changes to key records are written to an activity log.
