Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.
Plain version: we collect what you send us in a form, and — only if you agree — basic anonymous statistics about which pages get read. We do not sell anything to anyone.

What we collect, and why
When you fill in a form on this site
We collect the name, email address, and — if you provide them — the phone number, company name and the message you write. We use them for one thing: to reply to you and to talk about the work you are asking about. The message is emailed to us and a copy is written to a log on our own server so an enquiry cannot be lost.
We also record the IP address a submission came from, briefly, purely to stop the form being used by spam robots.
When you simply read the site
If you accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to count page visits and see which pages are useful. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookie is set — consent is denied by default, before the banner is answered.
Our web server also keeps standard access logs (address, time, page, browser) for security and troubleshooting. This is ordinary server operation and happens on every website.
If you are a customer using one of our systems
The data you and your staff put into a hotel, school, ERP or CRM workspace belongs to you. We process it only to run the service for you and to support you when you ask. We do not sell it, mine it, share it or use it to train anything. See how it is protected.
Cookies and local storage
- Your cookie choice — stored in your browser so we do not ask again. It never leaves your device.
- Google Analytics — set only after you accept. Used to count visits and pages. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data for ineed.now.
There is no advertising, no ad targeting and no third-party tracking pixel on this site.
Who else sees it
Enquiry details are read by our team. Analytics data, if you consented, is processed by Google. Beyond that we do not pass personal data to third parties, and we do not sell it in any circumstances. If a law obliges us to disclose something, we will comply with the law and tell you where we are allowed to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up where we left off. Anti-spam records expire within hours. Customer workspace data is kept for as long as you are a customer, and removed after you leave once you have your export. Ask us to delete your enquiry sooner and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@ineed.now and we will act on it — no form to fill in, no fee.
Security
The site and every system are served over HTTPS only. Enquiry logs are stored outside the public area of the web server. Our systems separate each customer's data at the database layer, keep an audit trail, and are backed up nightly. There is more detail on the security page.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update it here. It was last reviewed in August 2026.
