ineed.now/Tour operator
Everything your tour operation runs on.
Supplier contracts and allotments, tours and dated departures, quotes that become reservations, the operations board, vouchers and manifests, invoicing in several currencies and the margin each departure actually made.

Public pricing: a base plus the module groups you switch on How pricing works
One booking, from the supplier contract to the margin it left
Why one system
One system instead of a rate file and a reply-all chain.
Availability stops being a phone call
Allotments come off the contract you signed, so the seats you are holding, the seats sold and the release date are on the screen rather than in somebody's inbox.
An option that expires, expires
A held booking carries its own cut-off and says how long it has left. Options stop quietly becoming losses because nobody chased them.
Operations knows what is unconfirmed
The board lists every service that a supplier has not confirmed yet, by how soon it travels — so the chase is a list, not a memory.
Agents sell without emailing you
Partners get their own portal with their own rates and their own bookings, and what they sell lands in the same reservations list as everything else.
Margin from the price it actually sold at
Cost, sell, commission and margin per tour, per departure and per agent — taken from the booking, not from a rate sheet somebody hoped was current.
Several currencies without a side spreadsheet
Supplier bills in one currency and customer invoices in another settle against recorded rates, so the margin survives the exchange.
Inside the system
Built around the week a tour operator actually has.
Held, confirmed, and what is still owed
Every booking on one list with its reference, the customer or the agent who sold it, the product and travel date, passenger count, total and balance. Held options show how long they have left, so nothing expires quietly.
Seats you can actually sell
Each dated departure with the load it is carrying, the bookings against it, its cut-off date and whether it is guaranteed. Upcoming, guaranteed and at-risk are counted at the top, so a thin departure is visible before it is a problem.
What the supplier has not confirmed yet
The operational side of the same bookings: services due, which supplier owes a confirmation, and where a guide, driver or vehicle is still unassigned — filtered by how soon it travels rather than by when it was booked.
What the departure actually kept
Cost, sell, commission and margin taken from the prices bookings were really sold at — grouped by tour, by departure, by agent or by month. The percentage is calculated, not typed into a spreadsheet at the end of the season.

How it works
Your agencies, your contracts, your rules.
Nothing to install
It runs in a browser — the reservations desk, a laptop at a trade fair, a phone on a site inspection. We host, back up and update it; you open a URL and log in.
Permissions that mean something
Access is granted per module and per agency, and enforced at the route, interface and database layers — not just hidden from the menu.
Every label is yours to change
The software interface is in English today; Azerbaijani, Russian and Turkish are built in and being completed, so some screens still read in English when you switch. Every label, in any language, can be edited from inside the system without waiting for us.
Grows with the group
One account can hold many agencies — an inbound brand, an outbound brand, a second country — each with its own contracts, currency and numbering.
Open at the edges
API clients and webhooks are built in, so your website, payment gateway and accounting software can be wired to it.
Already running
This is not a prototype or a roadmap. All 30 modules listed above are shipped, the system is live, and you can be given a login this week.
See it with your own tours. Now.
Tell us what you sell and how you buy it — inbound or outbound, series or tailor-made, direct or through agents — and we will walk you through the system on your own numbers.
