From $95 per property per month
Why it exists
One system instead of five half-solutions.
Most hotels we meet run the same patchwork: a spreadsheet for the calendar, a booking widget bolted onto the website, a notebook at the housekeeping desk, and an accountant chasing folios by email. Every one of those is a place where a booking gets lost.
The calendar stops being a spreadsheet
Every stay lives on one timeline, colour-coded by status. Drag a booking to move it. Nobody has to ask which version of the file is current.
Bookings from your own website
Guests book on your own website from the same inventory and the same pricing engine as the front desk. The booking engine is in the Sales & Distribution group — $29 a month on the same bill. Two-way sync with Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb is coming soon.
Your website takes direct bookings
The booking engine is part of the same system, so a reservation made on your own site costs you no commission and lands straight on the timeline. It sits in that same Sales & Distribution group.
Housekeeping and reception agree
Room status is one shared record. When a room is inspected and clean, the desk can see it and check the next guest in.
The night audit runs itself
End-of-day close posts room charges, processes no-shows and rolls the business date, then hands you the manager's report.
Everyone opens only what their job needs
Grant each person the modules and the properties they need. A receptionist never opens the revenue reports.
Inside the system
Built around the day a hotel actually has.
Move a stay by dragging it
Rooms down the side, dates across the top. Drag a booking onto another room and it moves there — availability is re-checked under a lock as it lands, and if the room type changed the nightly rate is re-resolved against the new one. A room that isn't free refuses the drop rather than double-booking it.
How a move works
The morning starts on one screen
Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and revenue taken, each against the same day last period — then today's arrivals, departures, in-house guests and how many rooms are still dirty. The numbers a manager would otherwise assemble by hand before the 9am meeting.
Check-in that takes seconds
Arrivals, departures and in-house guests side by side. Assign a room, offer an upgrade or print a registration card without leaving the screen — and take a walk-in without breaking the flow.
The floor team and the desk see the same rooms
Cleaning and turndown tasks move from pending to in progress to inspection, assigned by person and priority. Anything a cleaner finds is logged as a lost-and-found entry rather than a note that gets lost.
Price by date, room type and how full you are
A rate calendar per room type with occupancy shown alongside, so you can see why a night is priced the way it is. Base rate, seasonal and weekday adjustments and occupancy rules combine in one pricing engine — click any cell to see the calculation.
Sell direct, with the channels next
Guests book on your own website through the booking engine, priced by the same engine as the rest of the system. Map your room types to Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb today and preview the availability and rates each would receive — live two-way sync is coming soon.
Folios that survive a group booking
Every stay has a folio: room charges post automatically, extras go on as you sell them, and tax is calculated per line. Split a bill between the guest and their company, move charges between folios, then generate the invoice.
Numbers you can hand to an accountant
Occupancy, revenue, ADR and RevPAR by day, with forecast built from confirmed and pending bookings — filtered to any date range and exported to CSV. Reports break down by channel, nationality and housekeeping as well.
Several hotels, one set of totals
Own more than one property? A group view rolls arrivals, departures, rooms and open folios across all of them — and because each hotel can bill in its own currency, the totals are kept per currency instead of being wrongly added together.
What you get
27 modules. 18 in the base price, 9 optional.
Every module below is shipped. The groups marked OPTIONAL are the add-on packs on the price list — leave one off and it never reaches the bill. Within whatever you take, you decide which modules each member of staff can open.

Hotel Settings
Tax / VAT rates
One difference between this list and the menu. The sidebar shortens 16 of these names to fit the rail — Reservation Management is Reservations once you are inside — but it is the same module, with the same permissions and the same place on the price list.
How it works
Your data, your properties, your rules.
Nothing to install
It runs in a browser — reception desktop, a manager's laptop, a phone on the corridor. We host, back up and update it; you open a URL and log in.
Permissions that mean something
Access is granted per module and per property, and checked on every page and every action — a module someone was not given is refused, not just hidden from the menu.
Your language, your words
The software interface switches into Azerbaijani, Turkish and Russian as well as English — the dictionaries are complete on every screen, though we have not yet had a native speaker read them all. The wording lives in those dictionaries rather than in the code, so when a label does not match the words your team uses, we change it without waiting for a release.
Grows with the group
One account can hold many hotels, each with its own rooms, rates, currency and tax settings. When you open a second property, we add it to the same account — nothing starts over.
Open at the edges
API clients and webhooks are built in — bookings, availability, rate quotes and folio charges — so your website or another system can read and write them. Connectors for door locks, payment gateways and accounting software are not live yet.
Already running
This is not a prototype or a roadmap. The system is live and running real hotel operations — what you see above are screens from it.
See it with your own rooms. Now.
Tell us the property and we'll walk you through the system — and answer what it would take to move your existing bookings across.
