Public pricing: a base plus the module groups you switch on How pricing works
One chain, from requisition to posted ledger entry
Why one system
One system instead of five half-solutions.
Stock, sales and accounts stop disagreeing
A sales order draws from the same inventory the warehouse counts and posts to the same ledger finance reads. There is one number, not three.
Procure-to-pay is one chain
Requisition, purchase order, goods received, supplier invoice and payment are stages of one record — not five documents in four folders.
The ledger is genuinely double-entry
Postings hit a chart of accounts inside fiscal periods, with journals and financial statements produced from the same data.
Invoices reconcile themselves
Customer and supplier payments post against the documents they settle, so a balance is a query rather than an afternoon.
Reporting needs no export
Dashboards and reports read live from the same tables the business runs on — there is no nightly copy to wait for.
Everyone sees only their own work
Access is granted per module and per company, and the audit trail records what was changed and by whom.
Inside the system
Built around the day a trading company actually has.
The month, before anyone asks
Revenue collected, money owed to you, spend recorded and the value of orders still open — this month, from the ledger rather than a spreadsheet. Underneath: overdue invoices, stock below its reorder level and requisitions waiting on a signature.
From order to delivery to invoice
Confirm an order and the stock is committed; deliver it and the stock actually moves; invoice it and the lines, quantities and tax come across untouched. The status on the row is the real state of the order, not a label someone remembered to change.
Stock you can trust
On-hand quantity per product per warehouse, valued at cost, with anything under its reorder level flagged. Every movement — receipt, delivery, transfer, adjustment — is written to an immutable trail, so a number that looks wrong can always be explained.
Terms and limits that hold
Payment terms, credit limit and currency live on the customer, so they apply to every quotation and order made for them instead of depending on who typed it. What they owe you is visible from the same screen.
A real ledger underneath it all
Sales, purchases, payments and expenses post themselves to double-entry accounts as they happen. Trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet are generated from those entries for any date range — and the trial balance balances, because the entries do.
Everything included
25 modules. No tiers, no add-ons.
Every module below is part of the same system. You decide which ones each member of staff can open — the list is not a price sheet.

How it works
Your data, your companies, your rules.
Nothing to install
It runs in a browser — the finance desktop, a manager's laptop, a phone in the warehouse. We host, back up and update it; you open a URL and log in.
Permissions that mean something
Access is granted per module and per company, and enforced at the route, interface and database layers — not just hidden from the menu.
Every label is yours to change
The software interface is in English today; Azerbaijani, Russian and Turkish are built in and being completed, so some screens still read in English when you switch. Every label, in any language, can be edited from inside the system without waiting for us.
Grows with the group
One account can hold several companies, each with its own chart of accounts, currency, tax rates and fiscal calendar.
Open at the edges
API clients and webhooks are built in, so e-commerce, banking exports, payroll and government reporting can be wired to it.
Already running
This is not a prototype or a roadmap. All 25 modules are shipped, the system is live, and you can be given a login this week.
