Public pricing: a base plus the module groups you switch on How pricing works

One patient record, from the booking to the settled invoice

01AppointmentBooked into a practitioner's own column, with the slot length that practitioner actually works to.
02ReceptionThe patient arrives, is marked in and moves to a room — the queue is a screen, not a shout down the corridor.
03VisitNotes, diagnoses and a dental chart written against the patient, not a loose sheet of paper.
04OrdersLab tests, imaging and prescriptions raised from inside the visit and tracked to a verified result.
05InvoicePriced from your own tariff, split between the patient and the insurer who is actually liable.
06SettlementPatient payments and insurer claims post against the same invoice, so the balance is a fact.
Every stage above is a module you already have. Nothing here is an add-on or a second subscription.

Why one system

One system instead of a diary, a spreadsheet and a shoebox.

The appointment book stops being a paper diary

Each practitioner has their own column, their own slot length and their own colour. Openings are shown, not counted by hand, and a cancellation frees the slot immediately.

The chart follows the patient

Visit notes, prescriptions, lab results, images and the dental chart hang off one record, so the next clinician reads the history instead of asking for it again.

A result is not a result until somebody verified it

Lab work moves from requested, to in the lab, to verified, to released. Nothing reaches the chart — or the patient — on the way through.

Insurance stops being a shoebox

Policies, payers and claims sit against the invoice they belong to, so what the patient owes and what the insurer owes are two separate, tracked numbers.

Stock that ties to the money

Pharmacy and consumable stock, suppliers, purchase orders and supplier payments run through the same ledger as everything else, so consumption and cost agree.

Everyone sees only their own work

Access is granted per module and per clinic, and the audit trail records what was changed and by whom.

Inside the system

Built around the day a clinic actually has.

One column per practitioner

The day laid out the way the clinic works it: a column for each clinician, their booked patients in order, and every remaining opening listed underneath. Confirmed, arrived and in-room are states on the card, so reception can see the room without asking.

A result nobody has verified is not a result

Every request carries the tests ordered, the reference range for each one and who asked for it. It moves from in the lab, to verified, to released — and only a verified result reaches the chart, so an unchecked number never becomes a diagnosis.

Reference ranges Abnormal flags Awaiting verification Verified Released

Laboratory request showing the ordered tests with their reference ranges, abnormal flags and a verification state for each result.

Charting that stays with the patient

Who has something charted, how many surfaces are recorded and whether a treatment plan is still open — on one list. Open a patient and the chart, the plan and the visit notes are the same record, not three.

Tooth and surface Treatment plans Open plans History
hms01.ineed.now/dental
Dental charting list showing patients with charted teeth, the number of records and whether a treatment plan is still open.

What is owed, and by whom

Outstanding, overdue and paid this month across the top, then every invoice with its issue date, due date, total, paid and balance. An overdue invoice says so on the row, so chasing does not start with a spreadsheet.

Outstanding Overdue Paid this month Partial Balance
hms01.ineed.now/invoices
Invoice list with outstanding, overdue and paid-this-month totals above a table of invoices showing status, total, paid and balance.

How it works

Your clinics, your records, your rules.

Nothing to install

It runs in a browser — the reception desk, a laptop in the consulting room, a phone between patients. We host, back up and update it; you open a URL and log in.

Permissions that mean something

Access is granted per module and per clinic, and enforced at the route, interface and database layers — not just hidden from the menu.

Every label is yours to change

The software interface is in English today; Azerbaijani, Russian and Turkish are built in and being completed, so some screens still read in English when you switch. Every label, in any language, can be edited from inside the system without waiting for us.

Grows with the group

One account can hold many clinics — a practice and its branches — each with its own register, tariff, stock and fiscal calendar.

Open at the edges

API clients and webhooks are built in, so lab machines, payment terminals, SMS reminders and accounting software can be wired to it.

Already running

This is not a prototype or a roadmap. All 33 modules listed above are shipped, the system is live, and you can be given a login this week.

See it with your own register. Now.

Tell us how your clinic works today — how many practitioners, whether you chart dentally, who bills the insurer — and we will walk you through the system on your own numbers.

We reply by email, usually within one working day. Required fields are marked .
