BMS / 01 LIVE

Appointments your business can actually keep.

The day on one screen, a column per person, and a booking that cannot be taken twice — on top of client cards, a priced service catalogue with real durations and buffers, and the rooms and chairs a service needs. Across every branch, in one account.

Why one system

The half that decides whether a diary is trusted.

A slot cannot be sold twice

The check that offers a time and the write that takes it are the same code, and the write re-runs it under a row lock. Two people clicking the same 10:00 do not both get it.

A service knows how long it takes

Duration, the buffer that follows it, capacity, price and tax — recorded per service and overridable per branch, not remembered per person.

Buffers are part of the booking

The turnaround after an appointment is stored on the booking itself, so changing a service later cannot silently shift what is already in the diary.

Rooms and chairs are really allocated

When every resource of the kind a service needs is taken, the slot stops being offered — even if the practitioner is free.

One client card, not four notebooks

Contact details, notes, files and marketing consent on one record, shared across every branch in the account.

Every change is on the record

Roles, per-module grants and per-branch access are enforced where the data lives, and the audit trail records what was changed and by whom.

Inside the system

What is on the screen today.

The day, one column per person

Every appointment in the order it happens, under the person who is doing it. Times, client and service on the card; a booking with nobody assigned yet sits in its own lane rather than disappearing. Move a day at a time, or jump to a date.

Per-staff columns Client and service Unassigned lane Any date
bms01.ineed.now/calendar
Day calendar with a column for each staff member, each showing that person's appointments with start and end times, the client's name and the service.

Take one, and it cannot be taken twice

The slot picker only offers times that are genuinely free — the staff member's shift, minus their time off, minus what is already booked with its buffers, minus a room somebody else has. Choosing one writes it under a lock that re-runs the same check.

Free times only Buffers respected Arrived Complete No show
bms01.ineed.now/bookings
Booking list showing reference, client, service, staff member, time and status for each appointment, with filters for date and status above.

Everyone who books with you

One card per client across every branch in the account — name, contact details and whether they have opted in to marketing, which is recorded rather than assumed. Notes and files hang off the same record.

Across all branches Marketing consent Notes and files Tags Walk-in
bms01.ineed.now/clients
Client list showing name, email, phone and marketing consent status, with edit and delete actions on each row.

A service that knows its own shape

Duration, the buffer that follows it, capacity for a class rather than a one-to-one, price and tax — held per service and overridable per branch. This is what the calendar will read when it lands.

Duration Buffers Capacity Price and tax Per-branch override
bms01.ineed.now/services
Service catalogue listing each service with its category, duration, buffer, capacity and price.

How it works

Your branches, your diary, your rules.

Nothing to install

It runs in a browser — the front desk, a laptop in the back office, a phone between clients. We host, back up and update it; you open a URL and log in.

Permissions that mean something

Access is granted per module and per branch, and enforced at the route, interface and database layers — not just hidden from the menu.

Every label is yours to change

The software interface is in English today; Azerbaijani, Russian and Turkish are built in and being completed, so some screens still read in English when you switch. Every label, in any language, can be edited from inside the system without waiting for us.

Grows with the group

One account can hold many branches — each with its own opening hours, currency, timezone and price overrides, on one login.

Open at the edges

API clients and webhooks are built in, so your website, payment gateway and SMS or WhatsApp provider can be wired to it.

Already running

The eleven modules listed above are shipped and live today, including the day calendar and the bookings that fill it. The public booking page, the waitlist and class bookings are still in build, and the software marks them as such — so what you would be buying into is a working diary, with online self-service arriving on top of it.

See it with your own service menu. Now.

Tell us how your business books today — how many staff, how many branches, which services need a room — and we will show you the diary running on your own numbers, and what is still being built.

We reply by email, usually within one working day. Required fields are marked .
