Case studies

Built to order. Running every day.

Two systems we designed, built and still run for a leading operator in its category. The client stays unnamed; the work, the scale and what changed are described exactly as they are.

Why there are no names here. The systems below run a leading company in its category, and for security and commercial confidentiality we do not publish its name, where its equipment stands, or screens that would show either. Every capability and every figure on these pages is taken from the running system, not from a pitch.

Nearly 300 machines, two visits a week each, and not one spreadsheet

A leading drinking-water vending operator ran its service rounds, filter life and spare parts on workbooks and phone calls. We replaced all of it with one system its technicians carry in their pocket.

Every machine on one live map, and its whole story one tap away

The same operator tracked its fleet on a shared online map and a pile of spreadsheets. We turned that into a multi-user system where each pin knows its readings, its inspections and its last service visit.

One operator, two systems that talk to each other

Both case studies come from the same client: a leading operator of a drinking-water vending network. The field service system is where the work happens: technicians' visits, filter wear, spare parts and tasks. The equipment map is where the fleet is seen: every machine on one map, with the service data from the first system flowing into it twice a week without anyone copying a row.

Neither was bought off a shelf. Each was designed around how this operator already worked, shipped in small steps while the business kept running, and is still being extended by the same team that built it.

Have something that still lives in spreadsheets?

Alongside our eight ready systems, we build software to order for operations that do not fit a product. Tell us how the work is done today; we will tell you honestly whether it needs a custom build, one of our systems, or neither.
