Parents stop phoning the office
With Community & Engagement switched on, attendance, grades, homework, fee balances and announcements reach the parent portal as they happen — the office answers fewer calls about them.
Fees sit next to the student, not in accounts
Invoicing, payments and discounts hang off the same student record as the enrolment, so who has paid is a query rather than a reconciliation.
Attendance is taken once
A daily register per section rolls up into monthly and term attendance, and feeds the report card without anyone retyping it.
The whole school is not one big folder
In the Student Services group, library, transport, hostel, health, discipline and SEN are proper modules with their own records — not tabs in somebody's workbook.
Everyone opens only what their job needs
Access is granted per module and per school, so a teacher, a bursar and a registrar each open a different system on the same data.
Inside the system
Built around the week a school actually has.
One record per child
Student number, grade and section, guardian contact and enrolment status on a single searchable list. Open the profile and the attendance, GPA, report card and fees are all attached to the same child rather than living in four separate books.
The register, in about ten seconds
Pick the section, tap present, absent, late or excused per child — or mark the whole class present and correct the exceptions. The month builds itself underneath, so a pattern of absences is visible long before anyone has to add it up.
Applications that move forward
Every enquiry sits in a stage — new, under review, interview, offered, accepted, enrolled — with the counts across the top. When a family accepts, enrolment creates the student record from the application, so name, date of birth and contact details are not typed twice.
Fees, collected and chased
Generate a term's invoices from the fee structure in one action, then watch billed, collected and outstanding move as payments arrive. Anything past its due date is flagged, so the office knows which family to remind.
The library, without the card box
Titles, copies, shelf and how many are free right now. Issue a book to a student and it comes off the shelf count; the overdue tile tells the librarian who to chase without a stock-take.

How it works
Your data, your schools, your rules.
Nothing to install
It runs in a browser — the office desktop, a teacher's laptop, a phone at the gate. We host, back up and update it; you open a URL and log in.
Permissions that mean something
Access is granted per module and per school, and checked on every page and every action — a module someone was not given is refused, not just hidden from the menu.
Your language, your words
The software interface switches into Azerbaijani, Turkish and Russian as well as English — the dictionaries are complete on every screen, though we have not yet had a native speaker read them all. The wording lives in those dictionaries rather than in the code, so when a label does not match the words your team uses, we change it without waiting for a release.
Grows with the group
One account can hold several schools or campuses, each with its own students, classes, timetable and fee structure. Ask us and we add the next one to the same account.
Your data is never locked in
A full export of your data is yours on request, in files your accountant or your next system can read. Live connections to outside systems — payment providers, SMS, accounting software — are not switched on yet; if one matters to you, tell us before you start.
