Pricing
What the Tour operator system costs.
$115 per agency a month, 100 reservations included, unlimited staff users. Add volume, add branches, add the groups you actually use.
No per-seat surprises. This price includes unlimited staff users, hosting, nightly backups, updates and support. You are charged for the system and the size of the operation it runs — never for adding the part-timer who logs in twice a week.
Work out a figure for your agency
This is a real estimate from our actual model, not a lead-capture toy. It gives the same number we would give you on the phone. Anything unusual — an existing system to migrate, a module built for you, a group of twenty agencies — is quoted properly in writing.
What this price buys
This is the module list out of the software itself — the same eight groups, the same names, the same modules in each. Six of them are in the base price and are not sold separately: an operator that cannot hold a contract, price a departure, take a reservation or work out what it made on the file is not running a tour business. The other two are there because a direct-sell operator has no agent network to give a portal to, and an office that sends day tours out with one driver does not need a group manifest.
In the $115
Six of the eight groups, and the smallest set the software can actually run an agency on: contract the supplier, build and price the tour, quote it, take the reservation, invoice it, settle the supplier and see the margin.

24 modules in the base across 6 groups, 6 in the 2 you can add — 30 in total, which is every module the Tour operator has, under the same names and in the same groups the software uses. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
What is always included
Unlimited staff users
Add every member of staff who needs an account. Shared logins destroy an audit trail — we would rather you never needed one.
Hosting and updates
We run the servers, apply the updates and keep the thing online. You need no IT department and no server.
Nightly backups
Your database is dumped every night on a schedule, old copies are pruned and a health check reports if one did not appear.
Support from the builders
Email, phone or WhatsApp, answered by the team that writes the code. Usually within one working day.
Roles, permissions, audit trail
Standard in every system, not an enterprise upgrade. How it works.
Your data, exportable
Ask at any time and we export it. If you leave, you leave with it.
Getting started
We don't charge you to become our customer.
Configuring your suppliers, contracts, tours, markup rules, users and permissions, bringing across the data you already have and training your team is part of taking you on — not an invoice that lands before the software has done anything useful for you. You are live when your own data is in the system and your staff know where everything is, and getting you there is our job, not your project.
The other seven systems
They price the same way: a base that includes everything the system needs to run and unlimited users, scaled by the size of the operation, plus any module groups you switch on. As here, the groups on the price list are the groups inside the software.
- Hotel PMS — $95 per property a month, 20 rooms in, then $1.50 a room.
- Education — $120 per school a month, 150 students in, then $0.45 a student.
- ERP — $110 per company a month, 300 documents in, then $0.12 a document.
- CRM — $59 per workspace a month, 2,000 contacts in, then $9 a thousand.
- Healthcare — $130 per clinic a month, 5 practitioners in, then $18 each.
- Booking — $45 per location a month, 3 bookable staff or resources in, then $9 each.
- Professional services — $75 per workspace a month, 5 people on the plan in, then $9 each.

Custom builds
Custom work is quoted per project, in writing, before anything starts — never on an open hourly meter. If an existing system already covers most of what you need, we will say so instead of quoting a build.
Get it in writing
Build a configuration above and send it over. You get a written quote back, usually within one working day.
